I certify that I am the lawful owner of the goods described on this ticket, that they are free of any lien or claim, that I am at least 18 years of age, and that the identification presented is genuine. I understand the goods are held for 10 days and that this record is available to law enforcement as required by law.
Pawn loans
This is a pawn transaction. The pledged goods are held as security for the loan. The loan may be redeemed at any time by paying the principal plus the interest and fees accrued. If the loan is not redeemed or renewed by the due date plus the grace period shown, the goods become the property of the pawnbroker and may be sold. Interest is charged per 30 day period or part thereof. The pledgor states that they are the lawful owner of the goods and at least 18 years of age.
