Description

Five Pro site licences for groups and franchises. Every install carries a free 30-day Pro trial with no sign-up. A licence is for one WordPress site; codes are Ed25519-signed and verified offline, so the plugin keeps working if our server is down. When a licence lapses nothing is deleted – every screen stays readable and the data can be exported.

• Live spot for gold, silver, platinum and palladium (a free feed, the TEG METALS feed or typed in), melt value everywhere, what you pay by purity per gram, pennyweight and troy ounce, and a full-screen price board for a television on the shop wall.
• Buy tickets with the seller’s identification, a photo of every item, an assay log (method, measured purity, pass or fail), signature and the statutory police hold – and driver’s-licence barcode scanning that fills the record in a second and finds repeat sellers.
• Law-enforcement transaction report and the LeadsOnline / RAPID upload file (CSV or pipe), delivered daily by e-mail, FTP or SFTP with a log of every attempt.
• Pawn loans with interest per period, renewals, part payments, redemption and forfeiture; collateral tracked as inventory; due and overdue reminders; customers renew or pay off online by card. One switch in Settings turns the whole loan side off for a straight dealer.
• Counter sales and layaway, inventory priced at spot plus your premium, gift cards, store credit, loyalty points, sales commission, aged-inventory markdowns, and a cash drawer with a Z report.
• Coin catalogue with grading fields and an optional Greysheet lookup, gem fields, refining lots settled against the refiner’s assay, and consignment with settlement statements.
• A customer page on your own site: today’s prices, sell-to-us quotes at live spot, a bullion catalogue they reserve from, price alerts, their receipts and loans, online payment – and it installs on their phone.
• Two-way texting, a WooCommerce shop window, QuickBooks Online and Xero sync, PrintNode printing, importers that read Bravo and PawnMaster exports, and a five-step setup wizard.
• Unlimited users and tickets. Your customers’ identification data stays in your own WordPress database.
• Multi-location with a working location per person, stamped on every record and filtering the lists and reports; the REST API; and the automatic e-mail and text reminders for loans and layaways

Not for firearms: a shop that deals in guns needs an ATF bound book and 4473 workflow, which this plugin does not have. It covers metals, jewelry, coins and general pawn.
