TEG-RESTAURANT – Pro: everything in Standard, plus more. Every install carries a free 30-day Pro trial with no sign-up. A licence is for one WordPress site; codes are Ed25519-signed and verified offline, so the plugin keeps working if our server is down. When a licence lapses nothing is deleted – every screen stays readable and the data can be exported.

• Menu priced AND costed: a plate cost built from the ingredients at four decimal places, with the margin beside the price.
• The fourteen named allergens on every dish, on the menu and on the kitchen sheet.
• Bar kept as three separate things: what you sell, what is in the cellar, and what is pouring. Keg levels in whole millilitres, because pouring is subtraction and a float drifts.
• Tables held for a TURN, not a moment – booked at seven is not free at eight – with a covers cap per service and a deuce never taking the table of eight.
• Orders to collect from the website, with the price AS CHARGED kept on the line so next week’s prices cannot rewrite last Friday’s receipt.
• Specials written as RULES: two courses for 18 on a Tuesday stays true every Tuesday without anybody editing the menu.
• Events and ticketing with seats that count themselves out, the REST API, and scheduled e-mail.
