TEG-VETCLINIC – Pro (5 sites)

Description

Five Pro site licences for a group of branch practices. Every install carries a free 30-day Pro trial with no sign-up. A licence is for one WordPress site; codes are Ed25519-signed and verified offline, so the plugin keeps working if our server is down. When a licence lapses nothing is deleted – the practice is paused rather than locked, every record stays readable, printable and exportable, and only new writes stop.

• Clients and their animals: two telephone numbers, a preferred way of being contacted and a running balance; species, breed, microchip, insurer and policy; a date of birth that can be marked as the estimate it is; and the alerts and allergies that appear on every screen showing the animal.
• Weight kept as a series with a date and the visit it was taken at, not as a field, because a trend is diagnostic.
• A diary by veterinarian and by room across eight kinds of appointment – consult, vaccination, surgery, dental, recheck, emergency, grooming and boarding drop-off – each with its own slot length; arrived and seen are timestamps, so the dashboard says who is waiting and for how long.
• The consultation written in SOAP with presenting complaint, temperature, pulse, respiration, weight and body condition score. A closed visit is the clinical record and is never edited away: a correction is an addendum and the original stays as it was written.
• Vaccinations and prescriptions that carry the lot they came from, with site, route, dates given and due, refills, and a controlled flag – so a batch recall is a query that names the animals rather than an afternoon with the day book. Lab panels requested and resulted with an abnormal flag.
• A dispensary of medications, vaccines, food, kit and services, counted in lots with expiry dates and a movement ledger, with reorder points and expiring lots on the dashboard – and a controlled-drugs register whose daily count is said out loud, zero included, because a quiet day is when it gets forgotten.
• Estimates quoted as a low and a high with optional lines, because surgery is a range and quoting one number and billing another is the commonest complaint a practice gets; invoices raised from the consultation, payments with their method and reference, and a client balance.
• Reminders raised from the records themselves – vaccinations due, rechecks owed, medication running out, appointments and annual checks – worked through as the morning list, with e-mail sent by the hourly job, every send logged, and a patient marked deceased never written to.
• Six reports: activity, revenue, vaccination compliance, inventory, clients and patients, and appointments. Every one of them exports as a spreadsheet.
• Two roles created at activation, Veterinary Nurse and Veterinarian, and a permissions matrix over six powers, so a nurse cannot prescribe or dispense a controlled drug.
• Unlimited veterinarians and nurses. Twenty-one tables of practice data in your own WordPress database.
• The Pro edition on the licence. In 1.0.0 the plugin reads which edition you hold and no screen is gated behind it, so Standard and Pro are the same software today; Pro is the tier the multi-site licences and the coming API are sold under.

What it is not: it does not read in-house analysers or digital radiography – lab results are typed in or attached. There is no inpatient whiteboard or treatment sheet, no card processing of its own (the payment, the method and the reference are recorded), no client app or online booking in 1.0.0, and reminders go out by e-mail only: text, telephone and post are kept as a worklist for a person to work through.
